Russ Neitzke is a licensed Florida Real Estate Associate and Business Broker who combines over three decades of entrepreneurial experience with a client-first approach.  After earning his Bachelor of Arts in Accounting, he founded and successfully operated a communication systems integration company for 31 years before selling both the business and its associated commercial real estate in 2024.

Having personally navigated the challenges of starting, growing, and selling a business, Russ brings valuable insight and empathy to clients looking to achieve their own goals.  Known for his honesty, focus, and quick wit, he is committed to delivering results while building lasting professional relationships.
